Cardio diet

Breakfast is
the same throughout the 15 days. You can choose from several fruits: oranges,
pears, peaches and watermelon for breakfast, depending on the season. Half an
hour after breakfast, you should eat crackers and drink a cup of coffee or tea

large amount of sugar, but do not give up. And remember, the breakfast should
always fruit.
